Self Selection Criteria

Individual processing or verbal exchange is not part of this group practice. During the meditation practice emotion intensification, tears, anger or fear can occur. Holding emotion intensification comfortably is essential for this practice. We specifically first bring you to your heart of calm and acceptance,  from this place of comfort we greet the stress feelings. If you find that you tend to experience overwhelming, uncontrollable or distressing amounts of emotion flooding, this may not be a safe therapeutic environment for you. We encourage journaling with the pen and paper provided after the guided meditation. It can be lovely to feel witnessed in our journeys and so I welcome reading your journey by email or anyway that feels right to you.
